Job summary

Wonderspire Education in Melaka is seeking a Creative Design Executive to craft visually engaging designs that strengthen the brand identity and marketing initiatives. Qualifications

• Experience using AI to refine visuals and video.

Responsibilities

About the role

Wonderspire Education, a leading provider of digital solutions, is seeking a talented Creative Design Executive to join their dynamic team in Ayer Keroh, Melaka. As a key member of the design department, you will be responsible for crafting visually engaging and innovative designs that support the company's brand identity and marketing initiatives.

What you'll be doing

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to conceptualise and develop impactful designs for a variety of digital and print media, including websites, social media, marketing collateral, and more

Create AI-generated cartoon for learning content

Produce marketing visual and video in collaboration with marketing team

Shoot videos for events and related company activities.

Produce design for website, app and other relevant using effective UIUX strategy.

Ensure all design work aligns with the company's branding guidelines and visual identity

Contribute to the ideation and implementation of new design concepts and campaigns

Gather and incorporate feedback from stakeholders to refine and improve design deliverables

Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging design technologies

Assist in the management and organisation of the design asset library

What we’re looking for

A degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field

Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar design role, preferably within the digital or creative agency industry

Proficiency in UIUX software such as Figma, Design Software such Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign and Video Editing Software such as Capcut and Premier Pro.

Have experience using AI to refine visual, and video animation quality.

Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout

Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment

A keen eye for detail and a passion for creating visually captivating designs

Ability to work under tight deadlines and respond well to constructive feedback
