Job summary

Aspial Lifestyle is hiring for an eCommerce support role at ALBS in Malaysia. Fresh graduates with administrative exposure are encouraged to apply. You will monitor stock, assist product launches, process orders, handle inquiries, and keep pricing aligned with market changes.

English and Mandarin communication is essential; overtime may be required. The role offers a structured pathway within Aspial Lifestyle Group, with exposure to multiple brands and a fast-paced online business environment.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduates with administrative or clerical experience are considered.
• SPM or Diploma in any field; eCommerce or business-related studies are an added advantage.
• Fresh graduates welcome; up to 1 year of relevant experience is helpful.
• Basic knowledge of eCommerce platforms and Microsoft Office.
• Able to communicate effectively in English and Mandarin to support business and customer communication.
• 5 working days per week.
• Willing to work overtime (weekends/night shifts) with shift allowance.
• Detail-oriented, organized and good time management.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
