Job summary

Aspial Lifestyle Business Services Sdn. Bhd. is seeking an entry-level eCommerce support role to monitor stock, support product launches, process orders, and handle customer inquiries.

The position requires basic knowledge of eCommerce platforms and Microsoft Office, with English and Mandarin communication skills helpful for business communications. Fresh graduates or candidates with administrative experience are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduates or candidates with administrative or clerical experience.
• SPM or Diploma in any field; eCommerce or Business-related studies are an added advantage.
• Basic knowledge of eCommerce platforms and Microsoft Office.

What you'll be doing

Monitor stock levels and support replenishment.

Assist in launching new products during online campaigns and promotions.

Process orders and coordinate with the fulfilment store.

Handle basic customer enquiries.

Ensure pricing is updated based on market changes (e.g., gold price)

What We’re Looking For

Fresh graduates or candidates with administrative or clerical experience are encouraged to apply!

SPM or Diploma in any field (eCommerce or Business-related studies are an added advantage).

Fresh graduates are welcome; candidates with up to 1 year of relevant experience will have an advantage.

Basic knowledge of eCommerce platforms and Microsoft Office.

Able to communicate effectively in both English and Mandarin to support business and customer communication.

5 working days per week.

Willing work overtime (such as weekend shift and night shift) with providing additional work shift allowance and competitive overtime compensate.

Detail-oriented, organised, and responsible with good time management skills.

Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
