Job summary

Schneider Electric is seeking a Cloud & Service Provider Major Projects Program Delivery Leader to drive multi-technology delivery programs across East Asia for major customers. You will lead end-to-end delivery from tender to handover, ensuring KPI achievement, profitability and robust governance.

The role requires a strong focus on customer centricity, collaboration with HR and global teams, and experience in managing large, multinational programs in a matrix environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Engineering and/or Business.
• Fluent English is mandatory for this role.
• 25+ years of experience?
• 15+ years in Customer Project environment and APAC regional experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-technology delivery programs across EA Zone for Web Giant customers.
• Drive end-to-end project delivery from tendering to handover with KPI targets.
• Ensure profitability, cash generation and inventory control.
• Collaborate across Front Offices, Segments, BU and Global Customer Teams.
• Manage workforce planning with HR and ensure timely mobilization of talent.
• Oversee risk, contract, claim and change order management at program level.
