SmartRecruiters, Inc. is seeking a Certifying Engineer — EASA Part 66 Cat. C / B1.3 for H225 to join our Kuala Lumpur operation. The role signs Certificates of Release to Service (CRS) and ensures compliance for base and heavy maintenance on H225.

Ideal candidate holds EASA Part 66 Cat C or B1.3 with senior certifying responsibilities, CAAM recognition, and active CA covering H225 base maintenance. Offshore oil & gas MRO experience is highly valued.

Qualifications

• Must hold EASA Part 66 Cat C licence or B1.3 with senior certifying responsibilities
• CAAM recognition or licence conversion mandatory
• Active CA covering H225 base maintenance mandatory
• CRS sign-off authority currently valid mandatory

Responsibilities

• Issue CRS for base and heavy maintenance on H225
• Review, approve and certify maintenance tasks by B1/B2 certifying staff
• Ensure technical compliance with AMM, SB, AD and CAAM requirements
• Act as technical authority for troubleshooting and engineering dispositions
• Liaise with DO and OEM (Airbus Helicopters) on engineering queries
• Plan, execute and release scheduled C- and D-checks
• Maintain accurate and regulatory-compliant maintenance records
• Mentor Certifying Staff B1.3; participate in audits
