Job summary

Grip.Events in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an experienced Technical Leadership/Support professional to drive CMMS implementations while maintaining technical standards across sales, engineering, operations, and project teams.

You will mentor colleagues, participate in continuous improvement, and ensure alignment with asset management strategies, leveraging data analytics, data cleansing, and ERP integrations with Maximo, SAP, and Hexagon.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of CMMS implementation experience.
• Proven track record of driving continuous improvement in asset integrity management and working in internal environments.
• Experience with CMMS data cleansing and data migration.

Responsibilities

• Support CMMS projects, ensuring delivery on time and within scope.
• Participate in project reviews, providing input on technical feasibility, risk, and resource allocation.
• Ensure CMMS projects align with long-term asset management strategies and organizational goals.

Job description

Technical Leadership/Support

• i. CONTRIBUTE to sales, engineering, operations, and project teams.
• ii. ABLE to Develop and maintain technical standards, procedures, and best practices for CMMS implementations, ensuring alignment with industry standards and
• organizational goals, with minimum guidance.
• ii. PREPARE technical and functional documentation, including configuration and report designs.

Team Management

• i. ABLE to perform as medior role in the team within the assigned discipline, ensuring the effective allocation of resources and the achievement of team objectives.
• ii. PARTICIPATE in mentorship and technical discussion, and development opportunities to enhance technical skills and professional growth.
• iii. PARTICIPATE in regular performance reviews with TM, able to initiate individual and team goals, and foster a collaborative and high-performance team culture.

Continuous Improvement

• i. PARTICIPATE to continuous improvement in CMMS practices by leveraging data analytics, emerging technologies, and industry trends.
• ii. ASSIST senior team in opportunities for our Clients to enhance asset performance, reduce operational costs, and extend asset life.
• iii.PARTICIPATE in technical assessments and audits to ensure compliance with CMMS standards and identify areas for improvement WITH MINIMUM GUIDANCE.

Stakeholder Engagement

• ii. CONTRIBUTE to cross-regional teams to ensure CMMS project execution.
• iii.INVOLVED on technical training and mentoring to engineering and operations staff, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and technical excellence.

Project Oversight

• i. SUPPORT CMMS projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and meet performance objectives.
• ii. PARTICIPATE in project reviews, providing expert input on technical feasibility, risk management, and resource allocation.
• iii. ENSURE that CMMS projects are aligned with long-term asset management strategies and organizational goals.

Innovation and Technology Adoption

• i. Stay abreast of advancements in CMMS technologies and methodologies, and evaluate their potential application within the organization.
• ii. SUPPORT the implementation of innovative solutions, such as advanced analytics, machine learning, and IoT, to enhance asset performance.
• iii. COLLABORATE with IT and SME/SMO to develop and deploy digital tools and platforms for CMMS

Experience

• i. Minimum of 5 years of experience in CMMS implementations.
• Ii. Proven track record of demonstrating graduate/junior roles and driving continuous improvement in asset integrity management.
• Iii. Proven track records in working in an internal environment.
