Job summary

maxgrip is seeking a Technical Leadership/Support professional to drive CMMS implementations and asset management initiatives. You will develop standards, mentor staff, and collaborate across teams to ensure successful project delivery.

The role emphasizes continuous improvement, stakeholder engagement, and adopting new CMMS technologies to enhance asset performance and lifecycle management.

Qualifications

• CMMS and EAM implementations and deployments across ERP/CMMS platforms.
• Strong data cleansing and migration capabilities to support asset integrity.
• Experience in project management, change management, and reporting design.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to sales, engineering, operations, and project teams.
• Develop and maintain technical standards, procedures, and best practices for CMMS implementations.
• Prepare technical and functional documentation including configuration and report designs.
• Perform as medior in the team within the assigned discipline and allocate resources effectively.
• Mentor and engage in technical discussions for professional growth.
• Participate in performance reviews and help set individual and team goals.
• Participate in continuous improvement of CMMS practices using analytics and new technologies.
• Assist senior teams to enhance asset performance and reduce costs.
• Ensure CMMS projects align with long-term asset management strategies and goals.
• Stay updated on CMMS technologies and collaborate to deploy digital tools.
