Job summary

Based at a modern facility, you will oversee maintenance, ensure safety and GMP/Halal standards, and collaborate with stakeholders to shorten downtime and optimise CAPEX proposals.

Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation, Automation, or a related discipline.
• 3–5 years hands-on experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of HT/MV/LV/ELV, switchgear, breakers, and motors.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing day-to-day electrical maintenance and plant operations to maximise uptime.
• Maintaining, inspecting, and troubleshooting HT, MV, LV, and ELV systems, switchgear, and motors.
• Driving preventive maintenance programmes to reduce unplanned downtime.
• Managing maintenance budgets, resources, and CAPEX proposals.
• Overseeing scheduled servicing, testing, and calibration of plant electrical equipment.
• Providing technical engineering support to improve safety, efficiency, and productivity.

What We're Looking For

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation, Automation, or a related engineering discipline
• 3-5 years of hands‑on experience in a manufacturing environment
• Proven knowledge of HT/MV/LV/ELV systems, switchgear, breakers, and motors
• A background in food or beverage manufacturing is a distinct advantage
• Familiarity with PLC, automation, or instrumentation systems is beneficial
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels
