Arkema Coating Resins Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a Senior Electrical & Instrumentation Engineer to ensure reliability and integrity of electrical, instrumentation, control and automation systems.
You will provide technical leadership to E&I technicians and contractors, manage work orders, and plan CAPEX and maintenance projects. You will lead E&I during plant shutdowns, drive energy efficiency, digitalization and reliability initiatives, and monitor budgeted expenditure to sustain safe,
Responsible for the reliability, maintenance and technical integrity of plant electrical, instrumentation, control and automation systems.
Provide technical leadership and supervision to E&I technicians and contractors.
Ensure electrical installations and activities comply with applicable Malaysian legislation, Suruhanjaya Tenaga requirements, company standards and engineering best practices.
Manage preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance activities for E&I assets.
Support safe and reliable continuous plant operation by reducing E&I-related equipment failures and unplanned downtime.
Manage E&I maintenance work orders, critical spare parts and equipment records through SAP/CMMS.
Plan and execute assigned E&I CAPEX, maintenance and improvement projects.
Lead E&I scope during planned shutdowns and plant turnarounds.
Support energy efficiency, digitalization, automation and plant reliability improvement initiatives.
Monitor E&I maintenance expenditure against the approved E&I maintenance budget.
