Job summary

GROOVE GADGET GROUP SDN BHD is seeking a driven E-commerce Content & Campaign Specialist in Penang. You will manage product listings across Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop, craft compelling pages, and drive content marketing to boost brand visibility.

You will respond to customer inquiries, collaborate with the creative team on campaigns, and plan online events during key sales periods, while staying ahead of gadget trends and optimizing ROI through analytics.

Qualifications

• Gadget & IT knowledge is mandatory and familiarity with consumer tech products.
• Minimum 1 year of e-commerce experience on platforms like Shopee/Lazada/TikTok Shop.
• Excellent written and spoken English and/or Bahasa Malaysia.
• Creative and analytical mindset to generate ideas and interpret data from campaigns.
• Basic understanding of digital ads and data reporting.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for tracking and reporting.
• Self-motivated, responsible, and able to work both independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize product listings across Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop and other platforms.
• Craft engaging content for product pages highlighting features and benefits.
• Plan and execute content marketing to boost brand visibility and traffic.
• Respond to customer inquiries via chat or social platforms to support sales conversions.
• Collaborate with the creative team to produce posters, banners, and short videos for campaigns.
• Plan and coordinate online events or promotions during festive seasons and key sales periods.
• Monitor gadget trends and competitors to identify new opportunities.
• Analyze campaign performance using platform analytics to measure ROI and optimize spend.
• Contribute to monthly promotion planning, pricing, and costing.
• Support execution of business strategies to achieve sales targets.
