Job summary

Ask Athena is seeking an E-commerce Coordinator to manage daily online operations across Lazada, Shopee, TikTok Shop, Zalora, and our monosite. You will coordinate listings, pricing, promotions, and stock information while supporting livestream campaigns to boost sales.

The role requires strong English and Bahasa Malaysia, Canva skills, and familiarity with OMS, SAP and DocuWare. Fresh graduates are welcome; prior e-commerce exposure is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Marketing, Business, E-Commerce, Digital Marketing or related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome; candidates with experience in e-commerce, livestreaming or digital marketing have an added advantage.
• Strong knowledge or interest in Lazada, Shopee, TikTok Shop and Zalora; Salesforce and Salsify knowledge a plus.
• Experience or interest in livestreaming and social commerce is advantageous.
• Proficiency in Canva for basic design tasks.
• Knowledge of OMS, SAP and DocuWare would be an added advantage.
• Good communication and coordination skills, able to work with internal and external parties.
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision and be a good team player.

Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day e-commerce operations and logistics-related matters, including managing return, exchange and refund cases.
• Ensure promotional activities are properly executed, implemented on time and communicated to the relevant teams.
• Prepare and update product listings, pricing and promotions across online platforms (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, Zalora, monosite).
• Support and coordinate livestreaming activities across marketplaces and campaigns to drive sales and brand visibility.
• Stay updated on livestreaming and social commerce trends to identify opportunities to improve e-commerce performance.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure product information, stock availability and visuals are accurate and up to date.
• Monitor and record sales performance across platforms and provide regular updates and reports.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement system enhancements and resolve identified system issues or bugs.
• Ensure all online shops comply with marketplace policies and guidelines.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries and coordinate with relevant teams to resolve issues.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Superior.
