Job summary

Sifu Group Sdn Bhd is seeking a dynamic Marketing Executive to join our e-commerce team. You will plan, execute and optimize online campaigns across Google, Meta and TikTok, manage social channels, and support content creation for product listings and promotions.

Ideal candidates will have 2–3 years in digital marketing/e-commerce, strong analytics, and fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia. This role focuses on driving traffic, engagement, and sales growth for our brands.

Qualifications

• Diploma/degree in Marketing, Business, E-commerce or related field.
• 2–3 years of working experience in digital marketing/e-commerce.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels (social media, Google Ads, SEO/SEM, email marketing).
• Familiar with e-commerce platforms such as Shopee, Lazada and TikTok Shop.
• Proficiency in MS Office; Canva/Photoshop/Illustrator is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to optimize campaigns.
• Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop and execute online marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.).
• Manage company’s social media platforms, ensuring consistent branding and engagement.
• Assist in content creation for product listings, social media, EDMs and promotional campaigns.
• Monitor, analyze and report campaign performance using analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc.).
• Coordinate with design, sales and operations teams to implement marketing strategies.
• Conduct competitor research and market analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
• Support SEO/SEM strategies to drive website traffic and improve search rankings.
• Manage online marketplace accounts (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop) including campaigns and promotions.
• Assist in planning and execution of seasonal campaigns, product launches, and brand collaborations.
