Caring Pharmacy Retail Management Sdn Bhd is seeking three Executives, Marketing Ecommerce to join MYPharmacy (Lazada) and Avenue (Shopee) brand teams in Malaysia. The role focuses on revenue growth, market exposure, and cross-border initiatives across Shopee and Lazada, with collaboration across teams.

You will support revenue strategies, campaign execution, and performance analytics, working closely with the Manager to optimize listings, promotions, and brand visibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in e-commerce, preferably within online platforms.
• Basic knowledge of Shopee & Lazada and its platform functionalities (live streaming, ads, Affiliate marketing).
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to track and interpret data is a plus.
• A proactive, detail-oriented individual who is eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Assist in revenue-driving strategies to increase sales and product visibility on Shopee and Lazada.
• Help develop and implement promotional campaigns to drive traffic and conversions.
• Monitor and report on sales performance to optimize strategies.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely execution of campaigns.
• Assist in ensuring product listings are accurate and optimized for conversions.
