Job summary

ODE MARKETING SDN BHD in Nibong Tebal, Penang, is seeking a Marketing Operations Assistant to support campaign management, stakeholder coordination, social media monitoring, and performance analysis. The role focuses on ensuring smooth marketing and sales operations and data-driven decision making.

You will work with training provided for fresh graduates, require strong English and Bahasa Malaysia skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged; training provided.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Assist the manager in handling campaign inquiries, resolving complaints, and addressing emerging issues.
• Support the manager by coordinating with relevant stakeholders to ensure seamless operational workflows.
• Continuously monitor social media platforms and influencer marketing trends to maintain market awareness.
• Measure, analyze, and report campaign performance metrics for data-driven decision making.
• Develop and execute strategic marketing plans aligned with company objectives and KPIs.
• Provide comprehensive administrative support for daily sales and marketing operations.
• Any other ad hoc duties assigned by the management from time to time.
