Samsonite International S.A. seeks an energetic E-commerce Specialist to oversee daily online operations, promotions, listings and pricing across Lazada, Shopee, TikTok Shop, Zalora and the brand monosite. You will coordinate livestream campaigns, monitor performance and ensure data accuracy and stock levels.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in marketing, e-commerce or related field.
• Fresh graduates welcome; experience in e-commerce or livestreaming is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of Lazada, Shopee, TikTok Shop, Zalora; English and Bahasa Malaysia proficient.
• Proficiency with Canva and basic design tools; good communication.
• Able to work independently and in a team; detail-oriented.

Responsabilidades

• Handle day-to-day e-commerce operations and logistics-related matters, including returns and refunds.
• Ensure promotional activities are executed on time and communicated to relevant teams.
• Prepare and update product listings, pricing and promotions across online platforms.
• Support livestreaming campaigns to drive sales and brand visibility.
• Stay updated on livestreaming and social commerce trends and tools.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate product information and stock.
• Monitor and report sales performance across platforms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement system enhancements and fix issues.
• Ensure online shops comply with marketplace policies.
• Respond to customer enquiries and resolve issues.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
