Job summary

MSN GLOBAL FOOD SDN BHD is seeking an E-Commerce Operations Executive to support daily online sales operations, livestream sessions, customer enquiries, social media activities, and order fulfilment. The role requires organization, responsiveness, and familiarity with e-commerce platforms, capable of assisting live selling and backend order management.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM, Diploma, or equivalent.
• Experience in e-commerce, social media, TikTok, Shopee, Facebook or online customer service preferred.
• Malay and English communication; Mandarin an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Livestream Support: assist during live sessions, monitor comments, provide product info and update links/campaigns.
• Customer Service & Social Media: respond to inquiries across platforms and coordinate daily posts.
• E-Commerce Operations: process orders, coordinate packing, courier booking, and track delivery status.
• Reporting & Team Support: prepare simple daily reports and support campaigns with cross‑functional teams.
