Job summary

Spring Art Indsutries Sdn Bhd seeks an ambitious e‑commerce operations specialist to manage daily overseas platform activities, optimise product listings, and monitor inventory and shipments. You will coordinate across production, warehousing and logistics to ensure timely fulfillment and accurate data across marketplaces.

Experience with Amazon/Walmart/eBay/Shopee/Lazada is a plus. Strong planning, analytic, and cross‑department collaboration skills are essential to drive growth and maintain

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, Supply Chain or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce, online marketplace operations or digital retail; fresh graduates with strong interest encouraged.
• Experience managing Amazon, Walmart Marketplace, eBay, Shopee, Lazada or other online marketplaces is an advantage.
• Strong organisational and planning skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Good analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales and inventory data.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications.
• Good communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work effectively across departments.
• Detail-oriented, proactive and able to work independently.
• Experience in inventory planning, order fulfilment or international logistics is an added advantage.
• Knowledge of furniture products or manufacturing operations will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of overseas e-commerce platforms.
• Create, maintain and optimise product listings, ensuring accurate product information, pricing and images.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment with production, warehouse and logistics teams.
• Plan inventory allocation and shipment schedules to ensure sufficient stock availability in overseas warehouses.
• Track sales performance, stock movement and marketplace metrics, and prepare regular reports.
• Monitor customer feedback, product reviews and marketplace performance to maintain high seller ratings.
• Coordinate promotional campaigns, discounts and platform activities to maximise sales opportunities.
• Work closely with internal departments to ensure smooth order fulfilment and timely shipment.
• Stay updated on marketplace policies, requirements and industry trends to ensure compliance.
• Support the management of local e-commerce platforms and online sales activities whenever required.
• Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and marketplace performance.
