Job summary

Mydora Gold & Jewellery Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a confident Live Host to represent our jewellery brand during TikTok and Shopee live sessions. You will engage audiences, showcase products, and drive sales conversions through dynamic, entertaining broadcasts.

Responsibilities include hosting 2–6 hour sessions daily, presenting items like rings and bracelets, highlighting promotions, and guiding viewers to checkout. Prior experience on TikTok Live or Shopee Live is preferred.

Qualifications

• Confident, energetic host with live streaming experience.
• Able to engage viewers, respond to comments, and drive sales on TikTok & Shopee.
• Basic jewellery knowledge (916 gold) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Host live sessions on TikTok & Shopee (2–6 hours per day).
• Introduce and demonstrate jewellery products (rings, bracelets, charms, etc.).
• Highlight promotions, vouchers & limited offers.
• Encourage audience to add-to-cart and checkout during live.
• Interact with viewers by replying to comments and questions.
• Create a fun, energetic live atmosphere and handle objections.
• Drive GMV targets and upsell bundle items.
• Coordinate with operations for stock updates and planning.

We are looking for a confident and energetic Live Host to represent our jewellery brand during TikTok & Shopee live sessions. The host will be responsible for engaging audiences, showcasing products attractively, and driving sales conversion during live streams.

Host live sessions on TikTok & Shopee (2–6 hours per day)

Introduce and demonstrate jewellery products (rings, bracelets, charms, etc.)

Highlight promotions, vouchers & limited offers

Encourage audience to add-to-cart and checkout during live

Interact actively with viewers (reply comments & questions)

Create fun, energetic, and positive live atmosphere

Handle objections professionally (price concern, stock, delivery)

Conduct mini games, lucky draw or flash deals to boost engagement

Drive GMV targets

Push bundle deals & upsell items

Remind audience about stock limitation & urgency

Follow campaign calendar (double digit, payday, festive promo)

Prepare talking points & selling scripts

Coordinate with operation team for stock updates

Assist in content planning for campaign days (create videos and short content)

Comfortable speaking in front of camera

Experience in TikTok Live / Shopee Live preferred

Able to work during peak campaign days (Double digit, PayDay, Festive)

Basic knowledge of jewellery (916 gold, design details) is a plus

Additional Requirement

Good attendance record and punctual for all scheduled live sessions

Responsible and committed to assigned live hours

Inform management early if unable to attend

Maintain professionalism throughout the live session
