Jora Malaysia is seeking an energetic, camera-ready host to lead TikTok live sessions, showcasing products and engaging viewers in real time.

Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; strong Bahasa Malaysia and presentation skills are essential. You will collaborate with marketing teams to hit sales targets while maintaining brand guidelines.

Experience in TikTok Live, livestream selling, retail sales, or customer service is an advantage.

Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia.

Responsibilities

Host TikTok live streaming sessions according to the assigned schedule.
Introduce and demonstrate products professionally and confidently.
Interact with viewers by answering questions and responding to comments in real time.
Build strong engagement and maintain a lively atmosphere throughout the live session.
Achieve sales targets, viewer retention, and engagement KPIs.
Prepare and understand product knowledge before each live session.
Plan and practice live scripts with the operations team.
Collaborate with Live Operation, Content, and Marketing teams to improve live performance.
Participate in product photoshoots, promotional videos and campaigns when required.
Monitor competitors and industry trends to continuously improve hosting techniques.
Ensure compliance with TikTok guidelines and company SOPs.
Complete post-live reports and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
