Job summary

LUXASIA Group in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an E-Commerce Intern to support our online stores across Shopee, Lazada and Zalora. This 6-month contract role focuses on daily marketplace operations, content updates, pricing, and performance monitoring.

You will collaborate with a fast-paced team, gain hands-on experience in e-commerce strategies, and develop analytical and technical skills, including basic tools like Excel and design software.

Qualifications

• Enjoys working in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.

• Fast learner with a hands-on approach and a sense of ownership in task completion.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills - with English as the priority.
• Basic proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP), PowerPoint, and Google Sheets.
• Responsible and committed to meeting timelines and delivering quality work.

Responsibilities

• To assist in executing e-commerce strategy on all e-Commerce platforms, primarily Shopee, Lazada and Zalora.
• Manage daily operations of our e-Commerce stores and marketplaces (i.e: Visualization editing, Content, Assortment, Ratings and Reviews, Search, Pricing, listing promotion, store maintenance).
• To explore and research online materials to improve e-commerce platform sales. (python, HTML will be an added advantage) for web crawling competitor pricing (if possible).
• Ensure listings always adhere to brand guidelines and web style guides to uphold brand standards.
• To carry out other ad hoc duties as assigned.
