goden distribution enterprise is seeking an E-Commerce Growth & Operations Specialist to help find winning products, research markets with AI, and manage content across Shopee, Lazada and TikTok Shop. This is a hands-on, startup role with exposure to marketing, operations and product development.
You will work directly with the founder, own projects, experiment with AI tools, and continually improve processes to scale sales and efficiency.
We're looking for a smart, proactive and hands-on all-rounder who wants to learn how a real e-commerce business is built and grown.
This is not a typical admin job.
You won't be sitting at a computer doing the same task every day.
And working directly with the founder to make all of this happen.
We run growing e-commerce businesses focused on finding promising products, testing them in the market and developing successful products into our own branded lines.
Shopee Lazada TikTok Shop , website and Other online channels.
We are a small and agile team, which means you won't be restricted to one narrow job function.
Instead, you'll get exposure to many parts of the business:
AI is not something we occasionally experiment with.
It's part of how we work.
We're constantly looking for better and faster ways to work.
What Makes This Role Different?
If you join us, you won't simply be given a list of tasks and told to complete them.
We want you to eventually become someone who can look at a problem and think:
"How can I solve this?"
And then:
"How can I make sure we don't have to solve this problem again?"
You will have the opportunity to:
In a large company, you may spend months doing one small part of a process.
Here, you can potentially see the entire process from idea → product → content → marketing → customer → sale.
You will not just be uploading products.
You'll learn why certain products sell and others don't.
Create content that makes people want to stop scrolling and understand the product.
You may work on:
AI will be a major part of this.
We use AI to:
You don't need to already know every AI tool.
But you must be open to learning them.
You'll learn and assist with:
You don't need to be an expert when you join.
But you should be interested in learning what makes people click, buy and come back.
This is a hands-on role, so you'll also help with the physical side of the business.
Responsibilities include:
There will be days when you're doing marketing work.
There will also be days when you need to pack boxes.
That's part of working in a small e-commerce business.
Nothing is considered "below you" if it needs to be done.
This is an important part of the role.
We don't want to keep doing things manually just because:
"That's how we've always done it."
You will be encouraged to look for ways to:
Our goal is:
Solve the problem once. Build the system. Don't keep solving the same problem every week.
You will work closely with the founder.
Your role is to increase the founder's leverage — by taking ownership of tasks, solving problems and freeing up time for higher-level business decisions.
This can include:
The principle is simple: If something is taking the founder's time and you can learn to handle it, we want you to eventually take ownership of it.
Your responsibilities will not be limited to the list above.
In a startup, priorities change.
You are expected to be flexible and help wherever your contribution creates the most value.
You don't always wait for someone to tell you what to do.
You genuinely want to understand how things work.
You can pick up unfamiliar tools and processes quickly.
When you don't know something, your first instinct is to research and figure it out.
You're comfortable switching between laptop work and physical tasks.
You notice mistakes before they become problems.
If you say you'll do something, it gets done.
You can eventually handle responsibilities without constant supervision.
You don't become frustrated when priorities change.
You care about whether the work actually achieved something.
You do not need to be an AI expert.
But you must be open to AI.
We strongly encourage the use of AI to make work faster and better.
For example, instead of spending three hours manually doing something, we want someone who thinks:
"Can AI help me do this in 30 minutes?"
The specific tools will change.
The mindset is what matters.
We want someone who is excited to learn new technology rather than resistant to it.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
If you have little experience but are highly capable, curious and willing to learn, we still want to hear from you.
Not everything needs a SOP. Sometimes you simply need to think.
You may not enjoy this role if:
This role requires flexibility and ownership.
We are an e-commerce startup building and developing consumer brands across Beauty, Wellness & Lifestyle.
Our businesses currently include:
Our main business, focused on home-use beauty technology and health & wellness devices — including beauty devices, massage and recovery products, and other technology-driven products designed for everyday use.
A growing women's lifestyle brand focused on comfortable innerwear, sleepwear and sportswear — designed around comfort, fit and everyday wear.
A lifestyle and fragrance brand focused on waterless diffusers, essential oils and scent-related products, bringing fragrance into homes, offices and commercial spaces.
We are also developing a health supplement brand, expanding our portfolio into everyday wellness products.
We are not a large corporate company with highly separated departments. We are a small, growing team where people get to see and be involved in the entire business — from finding a product, researching the market and creating content, to marketing, selling, fulfilling orders and improving the systems behind it.
This means your work can change from day to day.
Working Hours
Occasional Saturday WFH may be required when there is an important deadline or business need.
We respect personal time, but we also expect the team to understand that e-commerce sometimes requires flexibility when something genuinely needs to be completed on time.
