Job summary

Foong Capital Trading Sdn Bhd is seeking an Digital Commerce & Live Operation Executive to oversee end-to-end live streaming initiatives on TikTok Shop. You will coordinate external hosts, train them on jewelry specifications, and direct live sessions for optimal engagement and sales.

The role also covers technical and studio operations, shop backend management, and data-driven strategy adjustments to maximize ROI in Malaysia’s jewelry market.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of digital commerce experience.
• At least 1–2 years hands-on experience operating TikTok Shop/LIVE setups.
• Experience in Jewelry, luxury, or fashion is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Plan, negotiate with, and schedule external live hosts.
• Brief and train outsourced hosts on jewelry specs (materials, cuts, authenticity).
• Direct hosts in real time on pacing, top items, and viewer engagement; adjust pin-products.
• Set up and operate streaming software (TikTok Live Studio / OBS Studio).
• Manage studio lighting, audio mixers, and background design.
• Own the TikTok Shop backend: inventory syncing, price adjustments, and campaign registrations.
• Analyze post-stream metrics (Retention Rate, CTR, Conversion Rate, GMV, AOV) to evaluate host performance.
• Iterate strategy by adjusting promotions, bundles, and streaming hours for ROI.

Digital Commerce & Live Operation Executive

Plan, negotiate with, and schedule external live host.
Brief & Train: Develop stream scripts, promotional hooks, and product cheat sheets for outsourced hosts to ensure they communicate jewelry specifications (materials, cuts, authenticity) accurately.
Live Directing: Cue the host in real-time behind the camera regarding pacing, top-selling items, viewer engagement tactics, and pin-product adjustments.

2. Technical & Studio Operations
Tech Management: Set up and operate streaming software (TikTok Live Studio / OBS Studio).
Visual Optimization: Manage studio lighting, audio mixers, and background design etc.

3. Store Management & Compliance
TikTok Shop Ownership: Manage the backend TikTok Shop Seller Center, including inventory syncing, price adjustments, and campaign registrations.

4. Data Analytics & Strategy
Performance Tracking: Analyze post-stream metrics (Retention Rate, Click-Through Rate, Conversion Rate, GMV, and AOV) to grade outsourced host performance.
Strategy Iteration: Adjust promotional strategies, pricing bundles, and streaming hours based on data-driven insights to maximize ROI.

Job Requirements

Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of digital commerce experience, with at least 1–2 years of hands-on experience independently operating TikTok Shop/LIVE setups.

Experience in the jewelry, luxury, or fashion verticals is highly advantageous.

Technical Proficiency

Expert knowledge of

TikTok Live Studio or OBS Studio

Platform Knowledge: Deep familiarity with TikTok Shop Seller Center backend mechanics, platform algorithms, and regional compliance rules.

Leadership & Drive: Exceptional project management skills. Ability to work as an autonomous, self-driven solo department head while managing external agency talent.
