Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a Marketing Executive to drive online presence across LAZADA/SHOPEE and brand channels in Kuala Lumpur. The role focuses on digital marketing, e-commerce strategy, content creation, and stakeholder collaboration.

You will plan and execute online campaigns, optimize product listings, and produce engaging videos/photos for digital platforms. Fresh graduates welcome, but experience in e-commerce platforms is preferred. Competitive benefits applied.

Qualifications

Diploma/ Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, E-commerce, Business or equivalent.
Extensive experience across e-Commerce platforms and preferably relevant experience in digital marketing and strategy roles.
Excellent communication skills to communicate effectively and maintain good relationships with stakeholders (internal and external).
Flexible and positive mindset to embrace changes and agility to adapt.
Ability to multitask, work successfully with teams and work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

To manage and continuously optimize online e-commerce store ( LAZADA , SHOPEE, Website).
To perform order processing, status update, logistic arrangement and basic customer relationship management.
To plan and execute online and retail campaigns.
To create consistent and compelling contents for digital and offline platforms.
To plan, shoot and edit high quality videos/ photographs and post in various digital platform.
