Job summary

JEYR VENTURES SDN BHD is seeking a creative and organised E-Commerce & Content Executive to manage our online store, digital content and day-to-day e-commerce activities. This hands-on role is ideal for someone who enjoys e-commerce, social media, content creation and digital marketing.

You will update products across our website and platforms, upload descriptions and photos, manage orders, create content for TikTok, Instagram and Facebook, shoot product photos and videos, and help grow brand

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Marketing, E-Commerce, Business, Mass Communication, Multimedia or a related field is an advantage.
• Experience in e-commerce, digital marketing or content creation is preferred.
• Familiar with TikTok, Instagram and Facebook.
• Basic knowledge of Canva, CapCut or similar editing tools.
• Comfortable taking product photos and shooting videos.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic computer skills and comfortable learning e-commerce systems.
• Good attention to detail, especially with product information, pricing and orders.
• Creative, organised and able to manage multiple tasks.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Manage and update products across our website and e-commerce platforms.
• Upload new products, descriptions, photos and variations.
• Ensure product information, pricing and stock availability are accurate.
• Process and monitor online orders.
• Coordinate order preparation, packing and fulfilment with the retail team.
• Respond to online customer enquiries and assist with order-related matters.
• Plan and create content for TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and other platforms.
• Shoot and edit product photos, Reels and short-form videos.
• Develop creative concepts, hooks and content ideas.
• Maintain a consistent posting schedule.
