Job summary

Maples Group in Penang, Malaysia seeks an experienced E-Billing Supervisor to oversee the Cayman Islands based E-Billing team and report to the Global Collections Manager. You will supervise workload, drive performance metrics and ensure timely invoice processing across a multi-currency environment.

The role emphasizes continuous improvement, staff development, and strong stakeholder relations, with a focus on maintaining high service levels and robust processes.

Qualifications

• Prior E-Billing knowledge and supervisory experience.
• Strong IT skills and familiarity with financial applications.
• Experience with BillBlast and Aderant.
• Ability to drive performance using key operational metrics.
• Experience with process documentation and development.
• Strong data input accuracy and query resolution.
• Experience in a multi-currency/shared service environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct supervision of the e-billing team including distribution of workload, training and development and ensuring the team provides a superior level of customer service
• Thorough analysis of team's performance reviews, feedback and action planning aiming for continuous improvement
• Continue to develop the teams skills and knowledge so they meet SLA targets and their yearly SMART objectives
• Work with the Senior E-Billing Specialists to ensure invoices are uploaded in a timely manner and be aware of any client billing requirements
• Continuous and ongoing improvement of the current E-Billing processes by introducing improvements and efficiencies to the current workflows
• Being the point of contact for escalations for the Senior E-Billing Specialists and ensuring the queries are handled correctly and promptly through to appropriate resolution
• The ability to challenge key stakeholders both internal and external and build and maintain strong working relationships

About the Role

• Good IT skills and experience on financial applications. General technological awareness
• Previous experience with BillBlast and Aderant
• Demonstrated experience managing team performance through the effective utilisation of key operational metrics
• Expertise in process documentation, review and development
• Strong query resolution skills and excellent data input skills with first time accuracy
• Experience working in a multi-currency environment (preferred but not essential)
• Experience working in a shared service environment (preferred but not essential)
• Strong proficiency in Excel and Word
• A self-motivated and proactive approach, with a strong drive for continuous improvement
• Strong teamwork skills and the ability to work towards a common goal
• A 'can-do' attitude and a proactive approach at all times
