Job summary

Reliable Business Technologies Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Developer to join our team in Kuala Lumpur. The role focuses on further development of our CRM landscape, collaborating with business stakeholders, analysts, and IT architects to deliver scalable CRM solutions.

You will design, customize, and implement CRM solutions within Dynamics 365 Customer Service, with potential involvement in Marketing Automation, API development, and Azure-based integrations.

Qualifications

• At least 5+ years hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, particularly in Customer Service and/or Sales.
• Strong programming skills in C# and .NET.
• Solid experience in API development, system integration, and interface development.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure and Azure-based services.
• Strong understanding of CRM architecture, customization, and development.

Responsibilities

• Act as the central point of contact for the CRM development and enhancement.
• Advise business and functional teams on CRM best practices and implementations.

Job description

We are looking for an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Developer to join our team in Kuala Lumpur. You will play a key role in the further development of our CRM landscape, working closely with business stakeholders, Business Analysts, and IT Architects to deliver scalable and effective CRM solutions.

Key responsibilities

Act as the central point of contact for the further development and enhancement of our Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM landscape.

Advise business and functional teams on CRM best practices, technical solutions, and implementation approaches.

Design, develop, and implement CRM solutions primarily within the Dynamics 365 Customer Service module, with future involvement in Marketing Automation.

Perform customization and configuration of Dynamics 365 CRM according to business requirements.

Develop and maintain custom plug-ins using C#/.NET.

Design and automate workflows and business processes within Dynamics 365.

Develop and maintain system interfaces and integrations using REST, SOAP, and Azure Services.

Support the integration of Dynamics 365 with various internal and external systems.

Work closely with Business Analysts, business stakeholders, developers, and IT Architects to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Contribute actively to the organization's CRM strategy, architecture, and continuous improvement initiatives.

About you

At least 5+ years hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, particularly in Customer Service and/or Sales.

Strong programming skills in C# and .NET.

Solid experience in API development, system integration, and interface development.

Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure and Azure-based services.

Strong understanding of CRM architecture, customization, and development.

Ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.

Comfortable to working in contract based for 1 year and extendable.

Able to commute in TRX, Kuala Lumpur area.
