Job summary

HTC Global Services MSC Sdn Bhd is seeking a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Application Developer in Malaysia (Kuala Lumpur) to design, develop and integrate enterprise Dynamics 365 solutions for a banking environment.

The role requires hands-on C#/.NET, Dataverse configuration, Plugins/Workflows, CIF, and API integrations (REST/SOAP). You will participate in testing, documentation, and code reviews while ensuring secure, scalable deployments.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent.
3–7 years of application development experience, preferably in banking/financial services.
3–7 years of Microsoft Dynamics 365 / Dynamics CRM implementation and development experience.
Strong hands-on C#/.NET development skills.
Strong Microsoft Dynamics configuration and development experience, including: Dataverse, Plugins, Workflows / Power Automate, Channel Integration Framework (CIF).
Experience integrating Dynamics 365 with REST/SOAP APIs.
Experience with KingswaySoft and/or SSIS.
Experience with Azure, Power Platform and SharePoint.
Strong understanding of SDLC, coding standards, testing and defect management.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, enhance and support Microsoft Dynamics 365 applications.
Prepare Detailed Level Design (DLD), technical specifications and application documentation.
Perform hands-on C#/.NET coding, debugging and defect resolution.
Develop and configure Dataverse, Dynamics 365 Plugins, Workflows and Channel Integration Framework.
Develop and maintain integrations using REST, SOAP, APIs, KingswaySoft and SSIS.
Perform Unit Testing (UT), System Testing (ST), System Integration Testing (SIT) and support UAT.
Prepare test plans, test scripts and technical documentation.
Analyse and resolve defects identified during testing and production support.
Conduct code reviews and ensure compliance with coding, security and IT standards.
Manage application changes, enhancements and IT service requests (ITSR).
