Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales/van sales or direct selling.
• Valid driving licence with clean record.
• Strong ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Self-motivated with goal orientation and independence.
• Reliable, punctual and good time management.
• Customer-focused with rapport-building skills.
• Willing to travel across the territory.
• Basic numeracy for transactions and stock management.
• Familiarity with mobile devices or sales tracking tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive a company van to visit customers across Pahang.
• Demonstrate and promote products highlighting features.
• Process orders and document sales transactions accurately.
• Maintain records of customer interactions and sales activity.
• Build long-term relationships with clients.
• Meet or exceed individual sales targets.
• Provide product knowledge and conduct demonstrations.
• Collect payments and manage cash handling per procedures.
• Keep van clean and stock organized and displayed.
• Report market feedback and competitor activity.
• Handle inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
