Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Admin or Marketing field; fresh graduates welcome.
• Computer literate with good Microsoft Office skills.
• Languages: English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin to liaise with diverse clients, suppliers, or associates.

Responsibilities

• Administrative Support: Managing schedules, filing documents, processing orders, maintaining CRM records, and preparing proposals to ensure sales operations run efficiently.
• Sales Coordination: Assisting sales representatives by providing up-to-date sales materials, arranging appointments, and ensuring orders are accurate and delivered on time.
• Customer Interaction: Responding to customer inquiries, resolving complaints, providing product information, and following up to ensure satisfaction.
• Reporting and Collaboration: Compiling sales reports, tracking performance, and coordinating with marketing, finance, operations, and technical teams to execute campaigns.
