HLF JAYA is seeking a proactive Sales Executive/Representative/Consultant to join our Cheras, Kuala Lumpur team. You will identify new business opportunities, nurture client relationships, and achieve sales targets while maintaining professional customer service.

Training on products will be provided to support your journey with us. The role requires strong communication, negotiation, and time-management skills, with fluency in English and Malay.

Qualifications

• Diploma holder or fresh graduate with 1–2 years in sales and marketing.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport.
• Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Fluent in English and Malay; driving licence required.

Responsibilities

• Identify, approach, and engage potential clients to develop new business opportunities.
• Present and demonstrate products or services to prospective customers in a compelling and persuasive manner.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
• Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets on a consistent basis.
• Prepare and deliver accurate sales proposals and quotations tailored to client needs.
• Negotiate terms and close sales deals to maximise revenue and profitability.
• Maintain detailed records of all client interactions, sales activities, and transactions.
• Follow up with clients to ensure product or service satisfaction and identify upselling opportunities.
• Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Stay informed about product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor offerings.
