Job summary

Pembinaan Bina Bumi Sdn Bhd is seeking a Quantity Surveyor with a Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field. You will check and verify QS works before submission for approval and perform site verifications with consultants.

Responsibilities include preparation of variation orders, take-off quantities for material orders, liaising with developers and consultants, control of building materials, negotiating tender and supplier prices, and confirming variation orders.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field.
• At least 2 years experiences.
• Understanding of building and construction processes.

Responsibilities

• Checking and verify Q.S. works before submission for approval.
• Site verification with all consultants.
• Preparation of variation order.
• Taking off quantities for material order.
• Liaise with developers & consultant.
• Control of building material.
• Negotiation of tender price / sub-con price / supplier price.
• Checking & confirmation of variation order (V.O.) such as price.
