Qualifications

Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma and a Degree in Quantity Surveying or Engineering are required.
Fresh graduates welcome; 1 year of construction experience preferred.
Proficiency in AUTOCAD and local tendering for factory projects is encouraged.

Responsibilities

Measure and price projects, ensuring competitive, accurate sub-contractor and supplier pricing.
Prepare detailed cost estimates, bills of quantities and tender documents.
Handle valuation of progress and sub-contractor claims; ensure structures meet specs.
Attend employer and contractor meetings to discuss progress and site issues.
Negotiate and manage contracts with subcontractors and suppliers for best terms.
Monitor budgets and costs; provide regular financial reports to management.
Resolve contractual issues and disputes; collaborate with project team for execution.
