Job summary

Shiangly Builder Sdn Bhd in Bukit Mertajam, Penang, is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to support pre- and post- contract administration, including measurements and cost analysis. You will assist in post-contract administration such as cost analysis, budget controlling, sub-contracts awarding, and the preparation of progress claims/certificates, and support senior staff.

The ideal candidate holds a related degree and is proficient with Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, AutoCAD, and Cubic Cost;

Qualifications

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or related field is essential
• Strong negotiation and communication skills are required
• Accurate measurement and take-off abilities are necessary

Responsibilities

• Pre-contract tender submission including measurements and cost analysis
• Post-contract administration including cost analysis, budget controlling, sub-contracts awarding, and preparation of progress claims/certificates
• Assist Senior in all aspects of Pre/Post Contract Administration
• Perform other tasks outlined by Management
