• Acquire new credit card sales activities through road shows, corporate sales counters, personal appointments and sales blitzes.
• Achieve the personal sales target.
• Key in the application details and upload supporting documents into Flash System.
• Maintain sales ethics and provide accurate information about credit card products.
• Ensure all customers’ documents are original sighted.
• Submit customer applications for processing on time.
• Attend to customer inquiries, issues and other matters promptly.
