Carsome Sdn Bhd is seeking a proactive Sales Adviser to join our dynamic team in Malaysia. You will engage with walk-in and online customers, leveraging Carsome inventory knowledge to recommend suitable vehicles and guide customers from appraisal to test drives and financing applications.

Ideal candidates have experience in sales or customer service across retail, hospitality, or airlines, with strong listening skills and a customer-focused mindset.

Qualifications

• Sales and customer service experience in retail/hospitality/airline environments is preferred.
• Good listening skills and a strong customer focus.
• High level of self-motivation.
• Training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Attend to walk-in and website customer inquiries.
• Use knowledge of CARSOME inventory to match customer needs with vehicles.
• Guide customers from sale/appraisal to test drive and financing.
• Complete records and documentation for smooth transactions.
• Host live product demonstrations and drive traffic to the virtual showroom.
• Sell and source high-quality used cars to meet team sales targets.
