Job summary

cbs APAC invites motivated individuals to join our internship program in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. This opportunity spans Commercial Admin, Marketing, and Human Resources, offering exposure to SAP-driven processes and vendor management within a dynamic team.

You will assist with office operations, project creation, invoicing, CRM data management, recruitment support, onboarding, and internal communications across three modules.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Excellent knowledge in MS Office.
• Fluent in English; Chinese is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Office management: maintain supplies and support office enhancements.
• Create and maintain project records in SAP and internal systems.
• Prepare and submit invoices and related sales documents; monitor payments.
• Register and onboard partners and manage vendor registrations.
• Support recruitment processes using Recruitee and schedule interviews.
• Support HR onboarding, data accuracy, and employee records.
• Assist with L&D documentation and internal communications.
