You will plan sales activities, engage customers, and cross-sell related banking products. Strong negotiation, communication skills, and local community connection are essential for success in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree or Diploma in any field (CGPA 2.8+)
• Minimum 1–2 years of sales experience
• Strong selling and negotiation skills
• Good written and verbal communication in local language
• Ability to relate to local community

Responsibilities

• Solicit and promote sales of PF products.
• Achieve individual sales targets and contribute towards Group targets.
• Prepare and pro-actively execute sales plans for prospective customers using internal marketing as well as self-generated leads.
• Cross selling of other retail banking products such as ASB, Credit Cards and etc.
• Ensure high standard of customer experience in line with bank quality standards.
• Ensure compliance to the bank's policies and procedures.
