Work you’ll do
  • Work closely with immigration specialists and other team members to deliver comprehensive mobility solutions, which include handling administrative tasks, immigration document review, logistics arrangement, document storing, etc.
  • Stay updated on changes in immigration regulations in Malaysia to ensure compliance and provide guidance to clients.
  • Communicate effectively with authorities, clients and internal stakeholders to gather necessary information and provide updates on the status of mobility cases.
  • Implement and manage a risk check process to identify and assess potential compliance risks, ensuring all necessary safeguards are in place.
  • Have a clear overview on ongoing cases and manage escalations timely and professionally.
  • Assist in preparing reports for clients and internal stakeholders, summarizing the status of expatriate assignments and compliance requirements.
  • Contribute to the development and enhancement of mobility processes and tools to improve efficiency and accuracy.
  • Billing to client and other Deloitte member firms for mobility cases completed.
  • Review of emails, paperwork prepared by junior staffs.

Requirements
  • Bachelor of Degree (or equivalent) in Law, Human Resources or other related programme holders who are keen to explore immigration as a long‑term career.
  • Good command in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Ability to handle a high volume of work with speed and accuracy.
  • Able to work with tight deadlines and good time management skills.
  • High level of integrity and able to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Ability to demonstrate familiarity using Microsoft Office applications.
