Qualifications

• Experience with aeromodelling aircraft is highly preferred.
• Drone certification is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Operate fixed-wing, multirotor, and/or VTOL aircraft.
• Repair drone systems based on SOP instructions.
• Perform maintenance of UAV and coordinate with teams.

Position Summary:

Terra Drone Agri was acquired and rebranded by Terra Drone Corporation last year and we are looking for an experienced and professional Drone Technician who responsible for the development, operation, maintenance, and optimization of drone systems, particularly for agricultural applications. The role requires adaptability, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively in flexible and dynamic environments

Responsibilities:

• Operate fixedwing, Multirotor, and/or VTOL aircraft
• Repair system and hardware of the drone based on Standard Operating System (SOP) instructions
• Troubleshoot and debug any components of a drone in the office or in the field
• Perform hands-on mechanical and electrical integration of new hardware components on the internal fleet of test UAV for Research & Development (R&D) and testing
• Maintenance of UAV - keep the fleet ready for flight tests
• Coordinate with the data processing team
• Communicate and coordinate with engineering team in Jakarta
• Make drone flying mission
• Evaluate the attitude of the aircraft directly

Requirement:

• Graduated minimum bachelor degree in any field, preferably in Aerospace, Aeronautical, Geomatics science, Engineering or related major
• Understand the components of the UAV system in general
• Having experience making aeromodelling aircraft
• Proficiency in mission planner/QGCS software
• Able to operate structural analysis software such as catia and/or solidworks is a plus
• Having drone certification will be a plus point
• Understand the components of the UAV system in general
• Ready to be placed in any site in around Malaysia
