Job summary

OPTIMUM INFOSOLUTIONS (M) SDN BHD in Malaysia is seeking a Driver Support Specialist to join our Driver Operations team. You will onboard new delivery partners, manage activation activities, and support partners face-to-face to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.

The role involves outbound calls, daily KPI targets, and collaboration with Driver Acquisition. You will handle counters, verify documents, process payments, and help partners complete their first delivery within seven days.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree required.
Minimum 1 year experience in Customer Service, Retail or Operations.
Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Comfortable with outbound calling and daily KPIs.
Basic Microsoft Excel, Google Docs & PowerPoint knowledge.
Willing to work weekends.

Responsibilities

Driver Partner Activation: Conduct outbound calls and SMS follow-ups to prospective delivery partners.
Convert leads into activated driver partners.
Onboarding Operations: Manage physical onboarding counters and verify documents.
Process payments and activate partner accounts; manage onboarding inventory.
Meet daily activation targets and maintain productivity.
Monitor new partners and ensure first delivery within 7 days.
Resolve onboarding issues and provide cross-functional support with Driver Acquisition.
