Job summary

Lalamove Malaysia is seeking an enthusiastic Driver Operations Associate to join our fast-paced operations team. You will identify key referrers, onboard car rental companies, and onboard diverse affiliates to grow the driver network.

You will work under pressure, communicate clearly, and help expand our on-demand delivery platform. The role focuses on driving mass lead generation, managing affiliate activities, and guiding partners through onboarding and registration while aligning with SOPs

Qualifications

• Diploma or higher in any field is preferred but not mandatory.
• Previous experience in driver/community management or field team recruitment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify and onboard key referrers and local community leaders for mass lead generation.
• Target and onboard car rental companies as affiliates to tap into their existing pool of vehicle hirers.
• Onboard diverse affiliates such as automotive workshops, driving schools, and digital driver communities to expand the driver leads funnel.
• Develop and manage affiliate and referrer activities to drive consistent, high-volume driver registrations.
• Plan and execute on-the-ground strategies and field activations to achieve driver acquisition targets.
• Keep up with market trends and competitor driver incentives to ensure our referral program remains competitive.
• Ensure referred driver leads complete the full onboarding and registration cycle.

What you’ll do

• Identify and acquire key referrers, industry influencers, and local community leaders who can support mass lead generation efforts.
• Target and onboard car rental companies as core strategic affiliates to tap into their existing pool of vehicle hirers.
• Prospect and onboard diverse types of affiliates—such as automotive workshops, driving schools, and digital driver communities to continuously expand and boost the driver leads funnel.
• Develop and manage affiliate and referrer activities to drive consistent, high-volume driver registrations.
• Plan and execute on-the-ground strategies and field activations to achieve driver acquisition targets.
• Keep up with market trends and competitor driver incentives to ensure our referral program remains competitive.
• Ensure referred driver leads successfully complete the full onboarding and registration cycle.
• Train and guide affiliates and referrers to fully understand the platform's referral system and driver app.
• Manage referrer and driver enquiries to resolve onboarding friction on the ground.
