Job summary

EVA Airways Corporation in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a professional driver to transport the General Manager and other executives to designated destinations, ensuring safety and timeliness.

The role includes handling document delivery, route coordination within Klang Valley, routine vehicle checks, and supporting dispatch tasks with accuracy and reliability.

Strong driving credentials, clean driving record, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment are essential.

Qualifications

• Valid driving license with a clean driving record.
• Proven experience as a driver or in a combined driver/dispatch role.
• Familiar with routes and locations within the Klang Valley.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work efficiently under pressure.
• Basic communication skills.
• Physically fit and dependable, with good work ethics; punctual, disciplined and reliable.

Responsibilities

• Transport the General Manager and other executives to/from designated destinations as instructed.
• Handle collection and delivery of documents or goods to assigned areas.
• Maintain accurate mileage, fuel, and vehicle condition records.
• Perform routine vehicle maintenance checks and report issues promptly.
• Ensure compliance with traffic regulations and company policies.
• Assist with additional dispatch and administrative duties as assigned.

Job description

Responsible for transporting the General Manager and other superior of the company to/from designated destinations as instructed.

Handle collection and delivery of company documents or goods to assigned areas.

Maintain accurate records of mileage, fuel consumption and vehicle conditions.

Perform routine vehicle maintenance checks and report any mechanical issues promptly.

Ensure compliance with traffic regulations, safety protocols and company policies.

Perform additional administrative and dispatch tasks as assigned, including but not limited to mailing, pantry supplies replenishment, bill payments, banking and other ad-hoc duties as and when assigned by the management.

What we're looking for

Valid driving license with a clean driving record.

Proven experience as a driver or in a combined driver/dispatch role.

Familiar with routes and locations within the Klang Valley.

Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work efficiently under pressure.

Basic communication skills.
