Job summary

CSW Auto Parts Sdn Bhd is seeking a motivated Dispatch to support the operations team with timely deliveries of letters, documents, and company products. The role includes driving company vehicles, performing errands, and assisting with loading and unloading of parcels.

You will also be responsible for vehicle maintenance, keeping keys secure, and performing basic repairs on the road as needed. The position requires independence and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must possess minimum SPM or equivalent.
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to drive outstation and long hours when required.

Responsibilities

• Dispatch letters, documents, company products and equipment to ensure timely deliveries.
• Drive the vehicles for conveyance of staff/guests, materials and equipment.
• Run official errands including dispatch of correspondence and collection of materials and documents.
• Clean and maintain vehicles and ensure they are in good running condition.
• Maintain vehicle keys safely and vehicle after work.
• Perform simple maintenance tasks and minor repairs on the road.
• Assist loading/unloading of parcels and materials from/to the vehicle.
• Undertake ad-hoc duties as required by the Company.

Job description

We're seeking a motivated Dispatch to assist our operations team for handling the dispatch of letters, documents, company product and equipment’s ensuring timely deliveries, and supporting general office functions.

Job Responsibilities:

Drive the vehicles for conveyance of staff/guests, materials and equipment in connection with the activities of the Company.

Run official errands, including dispatch of correspondence & documents and collection of materials, correspondence, documents in regard to the Company.

Clean and wash the vehicles on a regular basis as to maintain them in a tidy condition and maintain the vehicles in good running condition at all times.

Responsible for vehicle maintenance and repairing accordingly.

Ensure safekeeping of the vehicle keys and of vehicle after work.

Carry out simple maintenance tasks on vehicle and effect minor repairs in the event of breakdown on the road.

Assist passengers and staff in the loading/unloading, movement and handling of parcels, documents, materials and other equipment from and to the vehicle.

Undertake special assignments other ad-hoc functions and related duties as and when required by the Company.

Job Requirements:
