Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a responsible transportation associate to safely transport visitors from the Ticketing Area to the Educational Farm and back, ensuring passengers board and exit safely while following all farm safety rules.

You will coordinate with the Ticketing Counter and Tour Team regarding visitor arrivals, assist elderly visitors and children, keep the vehicle clean and in good condition, and report any safety issues to the supervisor.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport customers from the Ticketing Area to the Educational Farm and back.
• Ensure passengers board and exit the vehicle safely.
• Drive carefully and follow all farm safety rules and designated routes.
• Check the vehicle regularly to ensure it is clean, safe, and in good working condition.
• Coordinate with the Ticketing Counter and Tour Team regarding visitor arrivals and transportation.
• Assist elderly visitors, children, and customers who require additional assistance.
• Manage transportation efficiently during busy periods and group visits.
• Maintain a friendly, polite, and professional attitude towards all customers.
• Report any vehicle problems, accidents, or safety concerns to the supervisor immediately.
• Follow the assigned work schedule and perform other duties related to visitor transportation when required.
