Job summary

Y Travel Sdn Bhd is seeking a professional driver to safely pick up and drop off passengers according to schedules while delivering courteous service. The role requires handling luggage when needed, maintaining vehicle cleanliness, and following all routes and safety rules.

You will conduct daily vehicle checks, communicate delays to the operations team, verify bookings, and ensure airport pickups meet flight schedules. A valid PSV licence and driving licence are essential.

Responsibilities

• Pick up and drop off passengers safely and punctually according to the assigned schedule.
• Provide professional, courteous customer service to all passengers.
• Assist passengers with loading and unloading luggage when required.
• Ensure passengers are picked up from the correct location and transported to their destination efficiently.
• Follow assigned routes while complying with traffic laws and company safety policies.
• Maintain the cleanliness and good condition of the vehicle, inside and out.
• Conduct daily vehicle inspections and report any issues immediately.
• Communicate trip updates, delays, or emergencies to the operations team.
• Confirm booking details and passenger information before each trip.
• Ensure timely arrival for airport pickups and monitor flight arrivals when required.
• Keep accurate records of trips, mileage, fuel, tolls, and other required documents.
• Present a professional appearance and uphold the company's image at all times.
• Perform other transportation-related duties assigned by the company.
