Job summary

GMA RESOURCES SDN BHD is seeking a dependable driver to transport Directors, management, staff, clients, and guests safely and on schedule in Kuala Lumpur. You will maintain the vehicle, perform routine checks, and plan routes to ensure punctual arrivals while adhering to traffic laws and company policies.

The role may require work outside normal hours and occasional travel. The position supports operations by handling collections/deliveries and maintaining accurate trip records, fuel usage,

Responsibilities

• Maintain the vehicle in a clean, neat, and presentable condition.
• Conduct routine checks on tyres, engine oil, coolant, brakes, lights, battery, and fuel.
• Send the vehicle for scheduled servicing, maintenance, inspection, and repairs when required.
• Ensure the vehicle's road tax, insurance, inspection and other relevant documents are valid, where applicable.
• Assist with the collection and delivery of company documents, parcels, goods, or other items as instructed.
• Assist with loading and unloading of items when required.
• Plan appropriate and safe routes to ensure punctual arrival at destinations.
• Comply with all traffic laws, road safety regulations, and Company policies.
• Immediately report any accident, traffic summons, vehicle damage, breakdown, or other vehicle-related issues to the management.
• Maintain proper records of trips, fuel usage, tolls, parking, servicing, and other vehicle-related expenses when required.
• Maintain strict confidentiality regarding any personal, business, or company information obtained while performing duties.
• Be available to work outside normal working hours, weekends, public holidays, or travel outstation when required by the Company

Drive the company vehicle safely and responsibly at all times. Transport the Company's Directors, management, staff, clients, guests, or other authorised persons as instructed. Ensure timely pick-up and drop-off according to the required schedule.

Key responsibilities
