Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a vehicle transport operator to provide safe, timely transportation for management, executives, and staff. You will arrange transportation for meetings, site visits, roadshows, and events while ensuring vehicles are clean and roadworthy.

Key duties include routine vehicle inspections, coordinating servicing, maintaining logs, and planning routes to ensure punctuality in compliance with traffic laws and company policies. A professional, safety-driven driver is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, timely, and professional transportation for management, executives, employees, and authorized personnel as assigned
• Support company operations, administrative functions, and business-related transportation requirements
• Handle approved VIP, family, special, and personal assignments professionally and with discretion
• Assist with transportation arrangements for meetings, site visits, roadshows, exhibitions, company events, and business functions
• Ensure assigned vehicles are clean, well-maintained, and in roadworthy condition at all times
• Conduct routine vehicle inspections and report any defects, maintenance requirements, or safety concerns promptly
• Coordinate vehicle servicing, repairs, and related vehicle maintenance activities
• Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, mileage, fuel consumption, maintenance schedules, and transportation logs
• Review and re-plan travel routes as necessary to ensure punctuality and efficient transportation services, while complying with all applicable traffic laws, road safety regulations, company driving policies, and country-specific driving requirements
• Practice safe driving habits and maintain a high level of driving awareness and professionalism
