Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a reliable Driver to provide safe, punctual transportation for the Director and authorized personnel. You will ensure the vehicle is clean, well-maintained, and ready for trips to meetings, airports, and other destinations.

Responsibilities include planning routes to meet schedules, arranging servicing and renewals, and handling documents or parcels as needed. You will stay flexible, maintain confidentiality, and may travel outstation or work overtime as required.

Qualifications

• Valid Malaysian Class D Driving Licence with a clean record.
• Good knowledge of roads and traffic conditions, especially in Penang and surrounding areas.
• Responsible, punctual, trustworthy, and well-groomed.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport the Director and authorized personnel to meetings, customer sites, airports, and other destinations.
• Plan travel routes to ensure timely arrivals while considering traffic and road conditions.
• Ensure the assigned vehicle is clean, well-maintained, and in good working condition at all times.
• Conduct routine vehicle inspections and arrange servicing, repairs, and renewals (road tax, insurance, PUSPAKOM, etc.) when required.
• Safely transport the Director’s family to the destinations when required.
• Assist with the collection and delivery of documents, parcels, or company items when required.
• Support ad hoc administrative or operational tasks assigned by Management.
• Maintain strict confidentiality regarding the Company's and Director's information and activities.
• Be available to work overtime, weekends, public holidays, or travel outstation when required.

The role also ensures the assigned vehicle is well-maintained, clean, and in good operating condition while maintaining professionalism, confidentiality, and flexibility in supporting business and personal transportation needs.
