Job summary

Nest Holdings Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is seeking a detail-oriented design coordinator to support production and sales teams. You will prepare accurate production reports, create 2D/3D drawings with Kujiale, and ensure alignment with customer and production requirements.

Responsibilities include reviewing technical drawings, collaborating with internal teams to minimize miscommunication, and assisting in design presentations and renderings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and technical drawing.
• Experience with Kujiale is an added advantage.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills.
• Creative, detail-oriented, and able to meet deadlines.
• Experience in the furniture or interior design industry is a plus.
• Mandarin-speaking candidates will have an added advantage.
• Able to start in September 2026 preferred.

• Review and verify technical drawings before production to ensure accuracy and feasibility.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of design trends, materials, production processes, and industry best practices.
• Lead and coordinate project discussions when required to ensure timely project completion.

About the role
