Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a skilled Drafter to join our team at Kelana Square. You will prepare, review and update technical drawings and documentation to support construction and project requirements. The ideal candidate holds a Diploma or Degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related discipline, with proficiency in AutoCAD and knowledge of BIM software.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Drafting, or a related discipline.
• Proven experience as a Drafter / CAD Drafter in construction, engineering, or related industries.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD is required.
• Knowledge of other drafting or BIM software will be an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to interpret technical drawings.
• Good coordination and communication skills.
• Available to join immediately or within 1 month.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed technical and construction drawings based on project requirements.
• Produce and revise drawings using relevant drafting software.
• Interpret architectural, structural, and engineering drawings and specifications.
• Prepare shop drawings, layout drawings, and as-built drawings where required.
• Update drawings based on design changes and site requirements.
• Coordinate with engineers, architects, consultants, and project teams.
• Ensure drawings are accurate and comply with project standards and specifications.
• Maintain proper drawing records and document control.
• Assist in resolving drawing discrepancies and technical coordination issues.
